RRB NTPC Exam Pattern and syllabus
The RRB NTPC Selection Process will be held in various stages. Candidates will be selected based on the performance in the First stage, Second Stage and Typing and Computer work performance and the rest will be qualified by nature. Below are the given stages of Selection Process:
- First Stage Online Examination (PT–CBT)
- Second Stage Examination (Mains–CBT)
- Typing Test (Skill Test)
- Computer-Based Aptitude Test (CBAT)

RRB NTPC 1st Stage Exam Pattern

- There will be a total of 100 questions of 1 mark each.

RRB NTPC 2nd Stage Exam Pattern

The RRB NTPC Mains Exam will be held in 3 sections like Prelims Exam.
- The total number of questions will be of 120 with a total of 90 minutes.
- There will be negative marking of 1/3 Mark for every wrong answer.
RRB NTPC Typing Skill Test Pattern
- Aspirants must be able to type 30 WPM (Words Per Minute ) in English or 25 WPM in Hindi without editing tools or spell check facility.
